Jemert Telematrix, Inc. (JemTel) was formed in 1997 and has vast experience in the complex facets of call center operations. We have solid technical expertise across a variety of platforms, including AT&T Wireless, AT&T Long Distance, Lucent, Avaya, Siebel and Rockwell.
The company was formed with the specific intention of helping organizations communicate more effectively with their customers. We enable firms to gather, analyze, manage and act on customer data at a level unparalleled in today’s marketplace. We offer practical experience and consultation coupled with integrated technological solutions, which significantly and cost effectively enhance our clients’ competitive positions.

Our Approach
Jemert Telematrix, Inc. believes in developing solutions that are proven, tested and validated against the initial requirements of the client. To meet this objective, JemTel has developed principles and project deliverables that are produced and reviewed during the course of any project. These deliverables will be used by Jemtel to maintain communication with its clients throughout the course of the client’s projects. Additionally, the deliverables will be used by JemTel as part of our overall strategy on Quality Assurance. These deliverables will be made available to the client for review at specific milestones throughout the project. Each milestone will be identified within the project plan for that development project.
